You have a duty to take reasonable care not to make a misrepresentation to us (Duty)
We need you to answer some questions. Your answers are important. They help us decide if we can
offer you insurance and the terms that apply to the insurance, such as price.
A misrepresentation is a false or misleading statement that is inaccurate or does not fairly
reflect the truth. To avoid this, please make sure you answer our questions honestly and to the best of your knowledge.
This includes any answers you give on someone else's behalf.
This Duty applies until we agree to insure you. If you don't comply, we may reduce or not pay a claim, cancel your policy or both.
If the misrepresentation was deliberate or reckless, this is an act of fraud, and we may treat your policy as if it never existed.
If you don't understand a question, or if anything is unclear, please call us on 133 462 or
visit our website for more information about this duty
.
